A senior executive and seasoned professional with more than 30 years experience in HR functions at local and international level, Jordi has had extensive successful career across different sectors, organizations and geographies, with responsibilities mainly in Latin America and Europe.

His experience has been gained mainly in blue chip FMCG companies which allowed him to help, develop and grow people. He is passionate about leadership and talent, with the firmly held belief that both are critical attributes to achieve long term sustainable growth within a company.

Jordi is a marathon runner who loves biking and skiing. Such love for sports has taught him the values he believes are important for leadership today such as purpose, self awareness, courage and humility. He is also an avid traveler and reader.

Cristian Rodriguez-Ferrera
With more than 20 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources as a both consultant and as a senior leader in companies like Danone, Sara Lee and IAG, Cristian has also been member of the management committees of Bimbo and Vueling Airlines.

Specialized in HR, organization, strategy and labor relations, he has also been an Associate Professor of HR Strategy at ESADE since 1999. He has a Bachelors in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE, and is certified in co-active coaching CPCC at CTI.

Cristian is passionate about supporting people to meet their dreams, by working hard and achieving quick wins. One of his favourite statements bring: “If you don’t know where you are going, you will arrive at a different place.” Cristian loves hiking, playing the guitar and different cuisines.

Tonyo Gonzalez Paz
Tonyo is an experienced C-level professional specialised in Business Operations along the hole Value Chain, both as Line and as Management Consulting Director, managing multidisciplinary teams in multinational environments working on complex project portfolios, using Agile frameworks.
